Paper Characteristics
Tracing Paper is a lightweight material with high translucency. It has a smooth surface with a slightly slick, almost waxy feel. When exposed to light, it produces a soft, semi-transparent effect, making it ideal for works that involve layering, overlay, or visual depth.
Weight & Quality
We use 120gsm tracing paper, which offers greater thickness and rigidity compared to standard low-weight tracing papers. It is less prone to wrinkling and provides a more stable, premium feel, suitable for exhibition-quality and portfolio-level outputs.
Printing Method
Single-sided printing. Ink is well absorbed by the paper, resulting in clean and sharp images without noticeable bleeding or diffusion.
Available Sizes
A3 (297 × 420 mm)
A4 (210 × 297 mm)
Visual Effect
After printing, image edges remain crisp while retaining the paper’s distinctive translucent quality. When layered, suspended, or combined with other materials, it creates rich visual depth and dimension. It is often used in conceptual works, experimental layouts, or projects that emphasize the act of viewing.
Applications
Fine art photography prints
Layered exhibition text or imagery
Installation art and handmade bookbinding
